Kurt Andrae is a seasoned business leader, financial strategist, and relationship-driven executive with over 30 years of experience spanning commercial real estate, banking, and small business consulting. As the founder and President of Fidem Business Solutions, Kurt partners with small businesses and non-profit organizations to deliver customized solutions in financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

In addition to his consulting work, Kurt previously served as Controller for a privately held property management company, where he oversaw financial operations, human resources, and administrative functions for a multi-million-dollar organization. In that role, he implemented technology-driven efficiencies, improved cash flow, and enhanced overall operational performance.

Kurt’s expertise includes financial reporting and analysis, QuickBooks implementation and training, payroll and administrative systems, marketing strategy, and brand development. He is known for translating complex financial and operational challenges into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable results. Through Fidem, he has helped organizations streamline operations, strengthen compliance, and elevate their market presence.

Prior to founding Fidem Business Solutions, Kurt held senior leadership roles in the banking and real estate industries, including serving as President & CEO of a boutique business bank, growing, as operating partner, a wholesale wine distributorship from $300M to $3.5MM in sales and founding an award winning development company. His career is marked by a consistent track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Kurt holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. He is also a licensed Community Association Manager in the State of Florida and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.
